I don't usually have a pleasurable experience at car dealerships, and I'm sure most people feel the same way. My last experience at a dealership was terrible, I was pressured into getting the car and borderline harassed/ripped off. This experience was hands down the best I've had while trying to purchase a car. I appreciated how Kati and her team at Dover Honda were not pressuring me into a sale that day. In fact, I went home and thought about it for a few days and got back to Kati, instead of the other way around. Kati seemed very knowledgeable and eager to answer or find the answer to all my technical questions about the car, which was awesome! I can't stand when I go into a dealership and ask technical questions about the cars and I get some B.S answer that isn't even close to the actual answer. If I'm going to be making a large purchase on a new car, I want the real answers to my questions and not some made up stuff which is what made my experience with Kati and the Dover Honda team great. She really understood that making a new or used car purchase can be a big deal to some people and was passionate about getting me in the most reliable vehicle that would suit my needs. Lastly, I wanted to comment on how fast Kati was about responding to emails and text messages, it really helped to streamline the process instead of dragging it out over a week. If you're looking for a low pressure and overall friendly experience, please go see Kati. I highly recommend her!

There was no pressure from any workers. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our salesman went out of his way to provide a giant bow for the car we were giving to our son for a gift. Overall a great experience!

Love my Honda civic so it means a lot when I get treated well at their dealership. Got my airbag replaced and while they made a mistake during the process with a little rationality and understanding from my side they took care of it with no problem thank you honda.

Bob Drake is an excellent sales person, efficient, thorough, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Bob has sold me 3 cars and will likely sell me one more in the next year or two.The service department has also been excellent over the years. Prompt and thorough, and very accommodating.
