Dover Honda has been a steady positive support team for the last 15 years! This last visit was for what I thought was a dead battery but turned out to be a slipped serpentine belt cutting off all car energy. Caused by a gray furry unknown creature (squirrel) No damage to any part. Yay. But not anything I could fix. They were terrific techs, and service people. Prompt and thorough and I was rolling in 2 hours!! Always a pleasure

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Dover Honda. Everyone that I interacted with were genuinely interested in making sure the experience was positive. My sales consultant Mike was awesome, knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

I went in for a quick oil change and tire rotation and the service team discovered a few severe issues with my Honda Ridgeline. The service manager Bill, came to me with an outline of issues that they found, explain how it could be fixed, arrange for a loaner car and called me in a couple days to say everything was finished. The service was outstanding, it’s nice to know that there are still businesses out there that believe in taking care of the customers.

When I entered the building I was immediately greeted by Allan who was able to provide me with some great input based on his time and experience in the car business. The application process was handled in a professional manner and didn't take much time to get an answer. The staff here made my experience smooth and seamless. My car had died, and I needed a new car. I didn’t have a ride to the dealership and Michelle without hesitation on her day off, came and pick me up. She drove me to the dealership so I could buy my new car. She was amazing! She sat with me and explained everything about my car and didn’t leave until I totally understood everything.. We traveled over 90 minutes to look at a vehicle with three kids in tow - he made the process as easy as possible from trading our current Pilot, letting us test drive a newer Pilot and making sure our kids were occupied in the kids room while we got all the paperwork signed. You always speak to a person when calling the service line. The appointments are always on time and done when they say they are going to be done.


We called to schedule an appt for our mini oil change. They said “not necessary, not possible”. Service was “first come, first served”. My husband arrived at 8am and had to wait several hours while they brought in the part/oil filter. Geez. That’s the reason you should schedule it.
