NHTSA Safety Ratings for the 2018 Honda Civic
While the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety) has yet to test the 2019 Honda Civic, they have tested the 2018 Honda Civic Sedan FWD*, and this model year does not disappoint. Impressing with 5 stars across the board, Rochester drivers can rest easy:

IIHS Safety Ratings for the 2018 Honda Civic
The IIHS** (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety) ranks the safety of vehicles in terms of crashworthiness and crash avoidance mitigation. “Good” is the highest rating in every category except for Front Crash Prevention, in which “Superior” is the highest rating. The 2019 Honda Civic has yet to be tested, but below are the scores for the 2018 Honda Civic FWD**:
